STAGE 1 - Initial Portal Access

  • Signing up as a paid member at STAGE 1 gives you access to our PTS portal and a guided demonstration by our Membership Coordinator.
  • You will have an introductory 1:1 with a Health Coordinator who will guide you through the resources such as the full framework handbooks, implementation guides and other supporting documents.
  • You will gain access to the Self Assessment Tool to gauge your current domestic abuse response.
  • With access to the portal and the Self Assessment Tool, you will upload documentation to the portal.
Conditions
  • Access to the portal is valid for 2 years.
  • You will be expected to progress towards your accreditation level within that period.
  • Once accredited at STAGE 3, subscription to portal access must be maintained every 2 years.

 

STAGE 2 - Implementation and Consultancy

STAGE 2 offers tailored support based on your organisation's self-assessment findings and review of your uploaded documentation.

  • You will be offered 3 guidance sessions with the Health Coordinator that can be used at time of your choice, within the 2 year subscription period, with STADA sending reminders at 6, 12 and 18 months.
  • If there is an evident need, these meetings can also be used to develop a bespoke consultancy based offer:
Consultancy Offer:

Bespoke consultancy will be costed per practice area and based off STADA’s daily consultancy rate.

  • Consultancy will provide expert support tailored to your specific challenges and accelerate progress towards accreditation status.
  • These meetings will allow you to discuss your completed Self Assessment Tool and any documentation uploaded on the portal, to review progression towards overall accreditation.

 

STAGE 3 - Accreditation Assessment

STAGE 3 provides independent assessment and recognition against the Pathways to Safety framework.

Assessment Fee covers:
  • STADA review of all uploaded documentation.
  • STADA assess all uploaded documentation, including triangulation of documentation (interview, surveys and focus groups).
  • Assessment report produced.
  • Sustainability plan produced to inform ongoing best practice against the accreditation practice areas.

Once accredited, you must maintain STAGE 1&2 subscription, giving you access to the portal, resources and 3 optional guidance sessions with the Health Coordinator.
